Well firstly the amazing thing about working with me is you can have both.
I'm a BACP registered therapist but I also specialise in Mindset work and self-belief coaching. I believe you can't look forward without looking back but looking forward and building a life where you remember how to dream is the fun bit.
So many of us have a really critical inner voice which we can't shut up. Motherhood exacerbates that voice because it's the first time we NEED to be good at something and were not because we've never done it before.

How it works
We have a 50 minute call prior to our relationship beginning for us to get to know each other a bit better, and for me to understand what your goals are and what you are struggling with.
You then have access to me on Whatsapp for support, Monday -Thursday. You can voice note me or message me anything that is coming up for you, any time you need support, or feel yourself falling back into old patterns.
I will be there to guide you through and I will check in on you once a day if I haven't heard anything. I will also send you worksheets, podcast meditations & and tips to manage at that moment and be the antidote to your self-doubt and unhelpful thought patterns.
We will then have another 1-1 session either biweekly or weekly depending on the level of support you feel you need..
