Welcome, and I'm thrilled that you've decided to join me on this journey. If you are an action taker but you have felt so lost anxious and overloaded and guilt ridden this programme is for you. I created it to help you feel like the calm confident happy version of yourself I know is in there. I have worked with moms for over 15 years, and all these tools have either supported me on my journey or supported one of them- so if you are ready to do the work I promise you will see amazing results. My mission is to help Mum's see that self-care is not selfish because you can't raise happy children if you're not happy. This course isn't about minimizing the struggles of motherhood, but it's about increasing your resilience and helping you feel calm and more confident about the fact that you are an imperfectly perfect mom. I will also be doing a weekly Q&A so if there is anything you are stuck with you don't have to go this alone.
