Do you know your
attachment style?

Understanding your style of attachment can give you a better understanding of how your childhood has affected who you are today. It can help you to understand your emotional limits as an adult and what you need to change to improve your close relationships. It's the place we need to explore when we want to break the cycle of passing our own struggles onto our children.

Let’s end
intergenerational trauma

  • When we heal our own pain, we are doing the work to heal the next generation after us.

  • Pain from an attachment disorder is passed on through the family line, if you struggle with an insecure attachment style it's likely your parents did too.

  • Understanding your insecure attachment style is the first step in working to feel more secure.

  • It will also help you to raise emotionally intelligent children who are less likely to struggle with their mental health throughout their lives.

Why we want to create a more secure attachment.

In general, people with secure attachments are better able to recognise and deal with their emotions.

They also have higher self-esteem and confidence and usually are better able to problem-solve with comparative ease by using strategies like healthy and clear communication which promotes calmer and more rewarding relationships both personally and professionally.
